Cláudia Nunes dos Santos is a principal investigator and the vice director of the NOVA Institute for Medical Systems Biology. Her research focuses on unraveling how polyphenols, powerful compounds found in bioactive-rich plant foods, contribute to health benefits and drive positive physiological changes.
